The organiser records who invited each participant. The person who invited you can see whether the code was used, but cannot see your answers or contact details.

Your answers and contact details are saved automatically and visible to the team, even if you do not submit the survey. Unfinished answers are kept for 7 days after the last change. You can delete them with the button below. A copy is also stored on this device — avoid shared devices. Visited screens and approximate active time are kept for up to 30 days.

A session cookie is needed for access and request protection. Temporary hashed request counters limit abuse. We do not store your IP address or browser identifier with your survey response.
